1ST PLACE RAM, CLASS I A BIG THANKS TO JOHN JACOBY, 4 J'S AND A T SUFFOLKS, OHIO FOR PURCHASING THIS POWERFUL
RAM AT THE 2011 NUGGET ALL AMERICAN WHERE WE WON 2 OF THE 4 YEARLING RAM CLASSES. THIS BIG BOY IS A MATERNAL HALF BROTHER
TO OUR GRAND CHAMPION RAM AT THE 2009 NUGGET!! ~ LOT 19 "Gentleman Jack", Prairie Rose 0617-2 Sire: "Yukon Jack RR", Luxford 07-1311 Dam: "Miss Angus", Prairie Rose
617 by "Great Divide", Luxford 03-1131A A powerful ram with mass, dimension, rib, good hip, good bone, and an extra shot of length.
He has a strong commanding presence yet is a complete gentleman. He has a nice degree of athleticism to him and
moves out extremely free and easy on a good set of feet and legs all while keeping his head erect and alert. Dam
is a big, impressive "Great Divide" daughter that goes back to some great old genetics, including
"Great Northern", "Rink", "Duke" and "Yellowstone". Sire is our big strapping
"Cobra" son, "Yukon Jack", a stud who has sired some amazing progeny for us. Those
of you who know me, know that I consider RR and QR nothing more than letters. No reason to ship a great genetic
package simply because he carries one R instead of two. This ram offers a tremendous pedigree in addition to an impressive
phenotype.

A
BIG THANK YOU JEREMY GESKE, JMG SUFFOLKS, MINNESOTA FOR PURCHASING 'CAPTAIN JACK'
PRIVATELY. A SUPER CORRECT STUD THAT IS A BIG BOY AND BOUND TO GET BIGGER! WE REALLY LIKE THIS RAM!!! ~ "Captain Jack", Prairie Rose 0659-3 Sire: "Yukon Jack", Luxford
07-1311 Dam:
"Big Mama", Prairie Rose 659 Here's
the 'baby' of the bunch. Born in mid February, he still has a full set of baby teeth as of May when we took
pictures. Make no mistake, this ram will get big. In addition to size, this fellow patterns up well, is smooth
made and structurally correct. Pictures don't do this ram justice! This ram's dam is a big 40 inch "Great
Divide" grand-daughter who was sired by "D'Artagnon", the twin to "Burlington Northern", the buck
we sold at Reno in 2006 for $8500. Maternal granddam dammed our 3rd place yearling ram at Reno in 2008. A complete,
sound buck with plenty of gas left in the tank.

RESERVE GRAND CHAMPION RAM 1ST PLACE RAM, CLASS III A BIG THANKS GOES TO KIP
KUNTZ (AND THE COMMITTEE), A
& K SUFFOLKS, CALIFORNIA, FOR
ADDING THIS TREMENDOUS STUD TO THEIR STUD BATTERY. 'JACK OF DIAMONDS' COMBINES THE POWERFUL GENETICS OF 'GREAT DIVIDE',
LUXFORD 1131, THROUGH HIS DAM AND THE POWERFUL GENETICS OF HIS SIRE, 'YUKON JACK', LUXFORD 1311 INTO A COMPLETE
STUD RAM! WE WISH TO EXPRESS OUR GRATITUDE TO KIP AND HIS FAMILY FOR AGREEING TO ALLOW US TO HAVE BREEDING
RIGHTS TO 'JACK OF DIAMONDS'! WATCH FOR HIS PROGENY IN 2012! ~ LOT 21 "Jack of Diamonds", Prairie Rose 0606-5 Sire: "Yukon Jack", Luxford 07-1311 Dam: "TomBoy", Prairie Rose
606 This is a tremendous
ram with the power and size to make an outstanding stud. He is a complete ram with balance, strong top, big hip, good dock
and body aplenty without being a couch potato. Handsome and athletic, he stands right up on a great set of feet and legs with
elevation in a beautiful patterned front end. A ram that looks good standing in the pasture wherever he stops.
Out of the "Cobra" genetics on his sire's side and dammed by "TomBoy", a stud ewe and "Great
Divide" daughter who always put an amazing set of lambs on the ground for us regardless of the sire.
Exceptional quality & consistency, both top and bottom with a stacked pedigree. Paternal brother to our $4500 ram
that sold at last year's National Suffolk Sale and a maternal brother to "Double Shot of Jack" and "Tom
Cat", our 3rd place yearling ram at Reno in 08.

ANOTHER BIG
THANKS TO REPEAT BUYERS, JOHN
AND ANITA PHILLIPS, J
& A PHILLIPS RANCH, IDAHO, FOR
PURCHASING 'HABANERO', A WIDE BASED, NATURALLY THICK RAM. JOHN GAVE ME A GREAT COMPLIMENT AT RENO BY SAYING 'GAYLE, IF THE
RAMS DIDN'T WORK, I WOULDN'T KEEP COMING BACK'...NOW THAT'S MUSIC TO MY EARS! THANKS AGAIN JOHN FOR SUPPORTING OUR RAM
BREEDING PROGRAM!!! ~ LOT 22 "Habanero (Pepper Jack)", Prairie Rose 0526-5 Sire: "Yukon Jack", Luxford
07-1311 Dam:
Prairie Rose 526 "Habanero"
is a very solid, complete ram and it would be pretty hard to go wrong with this fellow as an all around breeding buck. A 'no-holes'
kind of a buck. He is very balanced with outstanding depth and width of body and completely correct throughout.
Great top, hip and natural thickness. Clean profile and walks out well on a good set of feet and legs. Maternal
granddam was the 2001 Reserve Champion Ewe at the old Inland Northwest Show. His dam's twin sister was a 2 time
champion here in Montana and this ram was Supreme Champion ram as a lamb here in his only outing. A strong, consistent
maternal line that has been in our flock for 15 years and of course, papa is our big "Cobra" son. You know
the story there.

Update: THANKS TO STEVE WILDER,
WILDER SUFFOLKS, IDAHO FOR PURCHASING 'WIDE LOAD', A 'GREAT DIVIDE' SON ALONG WITH ANOTHER 'GREAT DIVIDE' SON WHO IS PICTURED
AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT Thanks to all of those who showed
interest in these bucks! We will have more of these type of rams available next year as yearlings. These rams tend
to go fast, once we post them on the website, so please check the website often next spring (April) for availability. 1 RR/NN Yearling Ram. We call him "Wide
Load". He is a deep bodied, commercially oriented ram that is thick front to back, has natural thickness with excellent
breed character. Not the tallest ram in the pasture but not everybody wants the 42" ram. He is sired by "Great
Divide", our proven 8 yr. old senior stud ram and dammed by "Tank", Prairie Rose 529, a real workhorse
in the brood flock. She produced our 4th place yearling ram at Reno in 2009 and her mother was the 2002 Reserve Champion
Ewe at the Top of the Rockies. We like this ram and he should sire some great range and commercial rams along
with production oriented replacement females. He is reasonably priced and we can deliver to Reno or at points between
here and there. For more information, please contact us via email or on my cell at: 406-381-3191.
