609 RR/NN Twin This ram lamb is definitely not a show buck.
Not going to be a 42 inch tall ram & not everybody wants a ram that is 42 inches tall. This ram is
all about depth of body, muscle, thickness, and a big, wide, level hip. An easier doing type of ram,
this guy has a 'middle' to him. Will he be a big ram...mass wise, yes...and I suspect he'll top out around 39 inches
tall, give or take a tad. The range producers tell me they need rams with 'butts, nuts, and guts'...well here's
that type of a ram. He should sire great commercial sheep and range rams not to mention solid, production
oriented replacement females. He is pictured here in mid August, wearing about 70 days worth of fleece (slick sheared
in June). If you are looking for an older style Suffolk buck with some product, check this fellow out at the Newell
Ram Sale. Sire is a combination of 'Gun Fighter' and Luxford genetics and dam goes
back to "Great Divide", our 7 1/2 year old Luxford stud.
